Brunei, Singapore Air Force hold joint exercise

THE Air Guard Exercise between Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF) and Singapore Air Force (RSAF) was officially launched yesterday at the 238 Squadron’s parade square, No 2 Wing of Berakas Garrison.

Officiating the ceremony was Commander Operations Group of the RBAirF Colonel (U) Mohammad Sharif Dato Paduka Hj Ibrahim.

No 2 Wing of the RBAirF and 18 Divisional Artillery Battalion (18 DA BN) of the RSAF are participating in the exercise that runs from October 4 to 18.

The joint exercise aims to strengthen the cooperation between both air forces.

Also present during the opening ceremony were Commander Divisional Air Defence Group (DAG) Colonel Alvin Yeo Hian Leong and Commanding Officer 18 DA BN, Lieutenant Colonel Ang Teo Hong from the RSAF.
