THE Korean National Police University (KNPU) is inviting three recruits and an instructor from the Police Training Centre (PTC) of Royal Brunei Police Force to participate in the upcoming Police Academy Students Festival in Asia (PASFA) from July 25 to August 5.

A press statement from the Korean Embassy in Brunei said this is the first time ever the Korean National Police University will be hosting the event.

Under the theme of “Together into the Future of Policing in Asia” the programme aims to share knowledge and experience in police education among Asian future police officers, in order to promote regional peace and security.

KNPU will cover all expenses, except for roundtrip airfare, it added.

Interested participants must complete their registration forms and send them via e-mail to cooperation@police.ac.kr and the embassy’s e-mail at brunei@mofa.go.kr no later than July 14.

Further information can be obtained from the organising team via e-mail at cooperation@police.ac.kr or telephone at +82419682272.
