Findlay appointed representative of New Zealand unis

EDUCATION services agency Findlay (B) Sdn Bhd (Findlay) has been appointed as representative for two New Zealand universities, according to a statement issued by the agency.

Findlay is now representing the University of Otago and University of Canterbury.

The University of Otago has over 2,500 international students and is ranked in the top 190 in the QS World University rankings. It has won five stars in the QS Stars University rating.

It is the only New Zealand university to offer a degree in Dentistry.

It is also one of two universities in New Zealand to offer degrees in Pharmacy, Medicine and Physiotheraphy.

Meanwhile the University of Canterbury (UC) is New Zealand’s first university to receive the QS five-star ranking for overall excellence.

It is ranked in the top 250 QS World.

Students who do not meet the academic entry requirements of the university can apply for University Transfer Programmes at the University of Canterbury International College (UCIC), located on the university’s campus.

“UCIC is also represented by Findlay,” read the statement.

It added, “International students can apply for a number of scholarships, are eligible for domestic fees for PhD studies, and can work to support their studies.”
