RBPF to hold shooting exercise

THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) will be holding a P239 shooting exercise for trainees of the Royal Guard Escort Police at Padang Tembak Jalan Aman, Jalan Muara, in February.

The exercise will be held on February 2, February 6, February 11, February 17, February 20 and February 27 from 7am-12pm.

According to a press release issued by the RBPF, the exercise will use live ammunition.

Members of the public living nearby are advised to keep a distance from the area and to not worry or panic while the exercise is being carried out.

The RBPF will also be holding a ‘Larian Mara Lasak’ for trainees of the Royal Guard Escort Police on March 5 at 8pm.

The run will begin in the vicinity of the Muara Police Station and move towards the Royal Guard residential area in Beribi.

According to a press release, the RBPF has warned road drivers to take precaution when driving around said area.
