THE latest data gathered by the Meteorological Department suggests that Brunei will experience maximum temperatures of 33 degrees Celsius throughout this week.

According to Hassanul Kamal Hj Adam, duty forecaster and head of the weather observation division, there will be chances of isolated showers, especially during some afternoons over land.

The weather will be a bit dry this week, he said, adding there will be chances of rain over coastal areas during evenings.

Next week, Hassanul Kamal said there will be more weather activity, with thunderstorms expected in the evening.

The Northeast Monsoon, which started in December, will continue until February.
