A MAN was rushed to Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital after he fell from the Komersil Bumi Putera building at Lorong Jintan Manis in the capital, police said.

According to the Royal Brunei Police Force’s (RBPF) statement, the Bandar Seri Begawan Police Station received a 993 emergency call at 7.29am regarding the foreign national’s fall from the building.

The incident went viral on social media, with some speculating that the man tried to commit suicide.

The police said they are still investigating the cause of the incident. The statement added that the victim is currently in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Police did not disclose further details of the man’s identity.
