The ceremony was held at department’s Multipurpose Hall in Gadong.

The guest of honour was Suraya Hj Hussin, Pekerti’s Highest Social Chairperson (Pengerusi Sosial Tertinggi Pekerti), the wife of the Royal Brunei Police Force’s (RBPF) Traffic Control and Investigation Department (JSKLL) Director ACP Azahari Hj Awang Besar.

Woman Staff Sergeant Sgt Aslinda Reduan said that the objective of the ceremony was to build a good rapport between the officials and the family members in the noble month of Ramadhan.

A total of 21 police officials from Brunei International Airport Police Station and JSKLL, as well as wives and children of police officials, were on stage to read several verses from the Quran. The ceremony ended with the handing over of gifts to the officials from the two departments.
