THE Ministry of Health through the Blood Donation Centre, Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha Hospital (RIPAS Hospital) will be holding a Family Blood Donor day tomorrow in conjunction with World Blood Donor Day 2015.

The ministry will also be holding a Blood Donation Campaign on June 15 and 16.

Both events will be held at the Al-‘Afiah hall of the Ministry of Health, Jalan Menteri Besar, Berakas.

A statement from the ministry said that food and entertainment stalls will be set up to entertain participants during the Family Blood Donor day.

The stalls and activities will include Zumba, a Reptile Show, a Haunted House, a Flying Fox, a Pony Ride, face-painting, henna, a colouring competition and a spelling bee among others.

Members of the public are encouraged to donate blood during the campaign. Other services to be offered during the campaign include a free health check as well as an exhibition on health.
