A MAN was ordered to be remanded yesterday while investigations are carried out on a video that went viral online.

The court document submitted by prosecuting officer Siti Nurjauinah Hj Kula stated that defendant Mohammad Shahdon Mohammad Ramlee, 29, is accused of having carnal intercourse against the order of nature with a 15-year-old boy on April 18.

The prosecution yesterday indicated that investigations were still ongoing as further statements from the defendant and other witnesses are needed to be taken.

The defendant, arrested on June 8, has been ordered to be remanded at the Bandar Seri Begawan Central Police station.

A further mention of the case has been scheduled for Monday, June 15.
