THE Public Works Department (PWD) will temporarily close the road along Jalan Maulana / Jalan Penglima in Belait district for two months from June 6 until August 5.

The department yesterday said that the road closure is to make way for the installation of a new 1000mm Box Culvert to replace a 600mm round culvert around the area, which will be carried out in two phases.

Throughout the temporary closure, road users are advised to use an alternative route, be cautious and follow road signs.
