22 babies born on RBAF’s 54th anniversary

A TOTAL of 22 babies were born during the 54th anniversary celebration of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) last Sunday.

Out of the 22, 19 of them were born at the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) hospital, and three babies at the Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in Belait.

Presenting the gifts at the RIPAS hospital was the wife of the RBAF Deputy Commander, Datin Hjh Sakdiah Hj Mohd Noor.

Each infant received special gifts in the form of vouchers from the RBAF, RBAF Wives’ Association (BAKTI) and Koperasi Angkatan Bersenjata Diraja Brunei (KOWIRA).

Meanwhile, the wife of the Commander of Royal Brunei Air Force, Pg Datin Umi Suhana Pg Indera Perkasa Pg Hj Hamdan, presented the gifts at Suri Seri Begawan Hospital in the Belait District.

Last year, 15 babies were born on the RBAF’s 53rd anniversary.
