The seminar allowed participants to explore leadership aspects by understanding systematic leadership principles, a press statement from the organiser said.

“(Nurses) will then be able to apply (leadership aspects) in their own nursing and midwifery fields towards an effective nursing model as well as public healthcare,” it added.

Presenting the certificates to the participants yesterday was the Acting Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Health, Dr Hjh Rahmah Hj Md Said.
