HIS Royal Highness Prince Mohamed Bolkiah, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, sent a congratulatory message to his Jordanian counterpart on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day yesterday.

In the message to Foreign Minister Nasser Judeh, HRH said he was pleased to present his respects to King Abdullah II and the royal family as well as the government and the people of Jordan on their Independence Day.

HRH also looked forward to continuing working with his counterpart to promote strong bilateral relations between both countries. “I look forward to continuing our work to strengthen our brotherly relations and close cooperation, bilaterally and through our work on international cooperation, especially in the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC),” he said.

HRH also wished the minister, his government as well as the people of Jordan prosperity, success and a happy celebration.
