Police seek cooperation in locating burglars

THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) has requested public cooperation in locating the burglars involved in the break-in of a house at Kg Sengkurong A on May 14.

According to a statement released yesterday, the Sengkurong Police Station received an emergency call at 2.15pm, in which various items were reported missing.

These include a TV, three laptops, a karaoke set with four speakers, a purse and a cream-coloured Mercedes-Benz.

The RBPF requested members to inform the police if there are any suspicious individuals selling the stolen items.

Members of the public can report to the nearest police station or contact the police using the 993 hotline.

The public were also advised to be cautious when leaving their homes by ensuring all doors and windows are secured to avoid any crimes.
