TELEKOM Brunei Berhad (TelBru) would like to inform it’s subscribers that the submarine cable cut experienced by the Asia American Gateway from Ho Chi Minh City to Hong Kong since April 22, had no impact on the internet services in Brunei.

A statement from the company yesterday said that this was due to TelBru’s varied and diverse international connections.

Telbru is continuously improving customer internet services and experience by aligning with strategic partners to deliver satisfactory expectations and is committed to providing reliable services to its customers both domestically and internationally, the statement added.

The damaged submarine cable repair works were completed on May 12. – Rafidah Hamit
