THE Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) yesterday announced that the nomination forms for the 2015 National Youth Award are now available.

The forms can be collected from the Secretariat for the 2015 National Youth Award at Third Floor, Youth Section at the MCYS building.

This year, four categories of the Youth Awards will be presented at the 2015 National Youth Day celebration. They are the Outstanding Youth Association Award, Youth Leadership Award For Most Distinguished Service, Youth Volunteer Service Award and Excellent Youth Award.

Each nomination should be made by completing the prescribed form which must be returned to the Secretariat not later than May 23.

Award criteria and eligibility as well as nomination forms may also be downloaded from the ministry’s official website at www.belia-sukan.gov.bn.
