THE Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) found a bag containing “suspicious items” at the Brunei International Airport yesterday morning.

In a press statement issued last night, the police said an investigation has been conducted on the bag owner, who arrived from a morning flight to Brunei.

The RBPF said the situation is “under control”.

Police did not provide details of the bag owner, or whether he/she was travelling alone.

Members of the public were advised not to feel anxious and speculate on the incident.
