BANK Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD) closed all their branches yesterday due to technical problems, according to a statement released by the bank on social media.

BIBD encouraged their customers to use ATMs, CDMs, BIBID Online, BIBD Mobile and BIBD cards in the mean time, as these channels would operate as normal.

The bank apologised for the inconvenience caused and thanked the public for their patience and understanding in the matter. - Aaron Wong
