MOTORISTS will soon be able to use a stretch of road along Jalan Gadong that was closed to make way for construction work.

In a statement issued by the Public Works Department (PWD), the section of road in front of Gadong Police Headquarters was closed to repair a bridge in the area.

Construction work is only partially completed, and motorists are still advised to use the road with caution, the statement said.

The road is expected to reopen Monday.

The department added that motorists should obey all road signs to prevent accidents.
