THE two expatriate workers found dead in separate locations on Wednesday have been identified as Filipino nationals.

Both the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) and the Philippines Embassy confirmed this yesterday.

However, further details of the investigations could not be disclosed.

RBPF spokesperson said the causes of the deaths will only be released once the findings of the investigations are brought to court.

The body of a 44-year-old male was found in a rented house in Tutong at 8.30am on Wednesday. Police were alerted to the discovery of another body, a 26-year-old female, at a commercial building in Kiulap around 11.15am.
