THE Prime Minister’s Office announced yesterday that His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam has consented to promote and confirm the post of three senior government officials.

Hjh Tutiaty Hj Abdul Wahab has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Previously Hjh Tutiaty was the Director at the Department of International Trade.

Formerly the Assistant Vice Chancellor at Universiti Brunei Darussalam, Dr Hjh Anita Binurul Zahrina Pehin Orang Kaya Laila Wijaya Dato Seri Setia Hj Abdul Aziz has been appointed as the Deputy Permanent Secretary (Higher Education) at the Ministry of Education.

Hj Marzuke Hj Mohsin who was the Director General of the Public Works Department under the Ministry of Development had been promoted to Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Development. All appointments are effective today, March 10.
