A total of 275 graduates received certificates from His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam during the Seri Begawan Religious Teachers University College (Kupu SB) Third convocation, held at the International Convention Centre in Berakas, today, the 30th of November 2013.
