THE Ministry of Education (MoE) yesterday discussed ways to improve the implementation of the National Education System for the 21st Century (SPN21) with educators from various clusters and zones.

The Permanent Secretary (Core Education) Dr Hj Junaidi Hj Abd Rahman and Director of Education Pg Hjh Sarah Pg Hj Kamaluddin were present during the second education rountable discussion.

The ministry in a statement said that the monthly discussions represent a platform for school representatives and their counterparts to brainstorm, share experiences, and identify problems that schools are facing, particularly with regards to the implementation of SPN 21.

These informal discussions would be used as a way for the MoE to receive suggestions, recommendations and ideas from school staff who are directly involved in education affairs at their respective schools.
