DES fixes prepaid Power Kad top-up tokens delay caused by glitch

GLITCHES that were behind delays in Power Kad requests have been fixed, said the Department of electrical Services (DES).
Yesterday, the DES issued an apology to Power Kad users for delays for prepaid top-up tokens. According to them, the problem started around 9am on Thursday was caused by a program glitch at the prepaid vending server.
The DES had managed to fix the problem and all requests had been delivered to affected customers by 6:45 pm.
The DES, in their statement, also said that all effort is being made to ensure that similar problems will not reoccur in the future. The Acting Director of DES said that they will rebate customers who have not received their requested top-up token.
