New Oriental Dishes At All Seasons
ALL SEASONS restaurant have whipped up eight oriental dishes exclusively for diners at its branch in Sentral Shopping Centre (KBSentral).
Developed by the head chef of the KBSentral branch Ken Tham Peng Fatt, the special menu comprises two soups and five mains priced between $6.80 to $12.
The dark broth of the Thai style seafood chicken soup is accompanied by a side dish with blended green chilli, parsley and fish sauce that carries a fiery kick.
The other speciality soup is double boiled seafood chicken; which uses yellow beans to give the soup a distinctively rich and thick consistency.
Fatt has also fused Japanese and Chinese elements to create the Szechuan claypot with thick udon noodles and shredded duck meat. Also unique is the stir fried roots of the Lotus flower, tossed with shrimp paste and sweet green beans.
Other specials are braised duck, fish rolls with century egg, beancurd topped with scallops, and a grilled seafood combo with cheese.
“I came up with these dishes to add on to the dining experience of our customers who stop by our KBSentral branch,” said Fatt.
“They are specially crafted and are unique to the rest of the menu.”
